A lot of people don't know how to share music between ipods. Well this article will help you decide witch method is good for you. Hopefully it will help you share music between friends and family.

Over the years people have invented ingenious methods to share music between ipods and trick itunes. They have even invented gadgets that make things extremely easy.

Method 1:

This is probably the most used method to share music, and you probably know it too. This does not share music between ipods directly but your friend can still get the music he wants. Let's say you have some songs on your ipod and your friend wants them bad. What do you do? Well it's very easy. If you have those songs on your computer, as mp3's then you add them to an archive and send them to him via email or instant messenger. This is a very basic and simple method. Now if you don't have the songs as mp3's or you downloaded them straight into iTunes or on your ipods then this method is not possibile.

Method 2:

This method is a bit more complicated. There is a software called ipod2ipod. You can download it from the internet. It's a bit complicated to use but if you master it, it goes like this: you upload the songs from the ipod to your computer or his and then back on the other ipod. The process itself is simple but the software is complicated in my opinion. Worth a try tough.

Method 3:

This is my personal favorite. It is relatively new but it is the easiest and fastest way to share music. You don't need a software nor a computer for that mater. Not even cables. It's a new gadget called miShare. This thing is extremely simple to use. You just add the songs/videos/images/play lists to your To-Go playlist in the ipod, connect both ipods to the device (you just plug it in, it fits into the same place where you recharge it). Wait for it to sync and then push the only button it has. As I said extremely simple way to share music between ipods. You can do this anywhere at any time, you need nothing else except the miShare.
